Precautions during Coronavirus Pandemic
During these unforeseen times, we have adapted our practices to fall in line with UK Government guidelines, concerning property cleanliness and social distancing. We aim to make your stay with us as safe as possible.
Guidelines we are following :
- Between bookings, prior to new guests arriving, we are ensuring the properties have remained empty for a minimum of 48 hours.
- Cleaning practices have been upgraded. The apartments will be sanitised prior to your arrival, with particular focus given to high-frequency touchpoints (door handles, appliance controls, switches, TV remotes and taps). All cleaning is carried out using appropriate personal protective equipment.
- To avoid contamination, no one else will enter the property during your stay.
- Sanitising equipment has been provided for you.
Guidelines we please ask you to follow :
- Please follow government advice on social distancing and personal hygiene measures (Note: The wearing of a face mask is compulsory on public transport).
- Please self-monitor for virus symptoms, both in the weeks prior to your stay and during your stay with us.
